Mr. Bader Hashem is one of Global iTS's founding members and a managing partner. With more than 20 years of expertise, he has managed and implemented more than 100 ERP/CRM solutions in the MENA area by consistently leading project plans and hitting revenue performance goals. He has a great deal of experience in matching customers' specific business needs with a harmonious grasp of business connections. An excellent leader and mentor who oversees a group of more than 200 consultants at Global iTS Group. His extensive experience and proficiency in the BFSI sector enable him to spearhead the digital transformation of numerous top banks, insurers, and fintech companies in the GCC.

Melody is a Lawyer in the Insurance practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She has over 10 years’ experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious insurance matters, across Australasia and the Middle East region. She is also a member of the China Group at Al Tamimi & Company.
Melody started her career in New Zealand and Australia, during which time she worked in-house with an international insurer in financial and casualty lines of liability claims business. Melody specializes in professional indemnity , directors and officers, medical malpractice, and general liability insurance, with a particular expertise in handling civil claims as well as professional investigation and disciplinary proceedings against solicitors, accountants, engineers, and medical practitioners. She also specializes in statutory liability insurance, involving criminal investigation and prosecution by regulators in areas such as health and safety. Regulatory advisory work for the insurance sector is also often featured in Melody’s work.

Sebastian Fuchs is the Managing Director of Digital Products and Services at Auto Data Middle East and is an influential figure in the automotive data services industry, championing the integration of technology and customer-centric strategies. He is responsible for the strategic development and execution of initiatives that will steer Auto Data Middle East towards a multi-million-dollar growth strategy within the GCC region and North America.
As Managing Director, Fuchs also leads World Automotive Group Digital Products and Services (WAGDPS), WAG’s arm for Digital Products and Services encompassing a portfolio of companies including Auto Data Middle East, Gulfcars.ae, and Vicimus. Fuchs joined Auto Data Middle East in 2023, playing an integral part in the company's expansion across the UAE, KSA, and Oman. In 2018, Fuchs was at the helm of Manheim and RMS Continental Europe – Cox Automotive, managing a team of over 400 employees. His strategic leadership was instrumental in adapting the companies’ business models, culminating in the successful launch of Manheim Express, a pioneering digital auction marketplace in Germany. Before this, Fuchs made significant advancements in RMS Automotive's SaaS sales approach, substantially enhancing the company's market presence. A reputed leader in the automotive software and services sector, Fuchs also led the Europcar International team in France as the International Fleet Remarketing Manager. During his tenure, he implemented a remarketing strategy and oversaw the sale of over 50,000 vehicles across Europe and Australia. In 2007, Fuchs was appointed as the European Fleet Remarketing Manager by Hyundai Motor Europe. Fuchs established and led a team of 30 strong to manage fleet and remarketing operations across German-speaking markets and the Netherlands, resulting in the successful launch of OEM Used Car Schemes for the South Korean automotive leader. This was succeeded by Fuchs’ strategic foresight which resulted in the development and implementation of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Germany’s used car schemes launch.

Mr. Al-Eisa began his career with SOLIDARITY in 2011, where he held a series of leadership positions, first as Technical Manager and then as Vice President, Technical Division and Acting CEO. He has been assigned officially as CEO from May, 2012. In this role, he has led the company through the start-up phase of its operations and managed building a strong customer base leading to rapid growth. The company became one of the main insurance players in the Saudi Insurance Market after only two year of full operation. From 2015 till to date, Mr. Al-Eisa has started his own business and established Dar Al Esnad Training Center, Settlement Consulting Office and United Company for Actuarial Services (CAIS)

Mr. Resini Alresini worked for 11 years in Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) in the General Department of Insurance Control and undertook the role of Section Head of Insurance Inspection. Currently, he is a Partner & Deputy CEO of ReTech Reinsurance Brokers Co., the 1st full-fledged reinsurance broker with InsurTech innovations. Also, he is a member of the Insurtech Committee in the Saudi insurance sector. Mr. Alresini holds a master's degree in Finance and Management, from the University of Essex, in UK.

Mario FadlAllah is a distinguished professional in the field of actuarial science and insurance consultancy, with a proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing financial performance.

Currently serving as the Head of the Actuarial Department at Arabia Insurance Cooperative Company (AICC) in Riyadh since January 2021, Mario plays a crucial role in overseeing the company's actuarial practices. His responsibilities include leading product development, pricing, reserving adequacy analysis, and profit margin monitoring. Mario's strategic vision and expertise have been instrumental in driving significant business growth and improving profit margins for AICC.

Mr. Binmayouf, a master's degree holder in health administration from Suffolk University, Boston, USA, has over 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked with numerous insurance companies and the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center, held various leadership positions, conducted strategic projects, taught and trained on insurance, published articles, participated in TV programs to promote insurance awareness, actively engaged on social media to spread awareness on insurance and healthcare, encouraged youth to join the sector, and is a member of the Saudi Society of Health Administration, with specialized training from Munich Reinsurance Co. and Cologne Reinsurance Co.

Yury has over 15 years of experience in Insurance, most of which he spent in Health (medical) insurance managing operational processes, claims and working with clinics. He was one of the brightest COO of Allianz in European region.
